摘要
教师课程教学质量评价是高等院校教学质量管理的重要环节,对于提高课堂教学质量具有积极意义和重要作用。针对课堂教学质量评价的模糊性所采用的层次分析法模型,可以在专家知识和主观经验的基础上,通过建立递级层次结构,建立判断矩阵和影响矩阵,利用具有严密逻辑性的数学方法尽可能地删除主观成分,合理确定评价指标权重;可以利用科学的定量手段刻画课堂教学质量评价中的定性问题,使定性分析与定量分析得到较好的融合,克服了原来教师课堂教学质量评价工作中的主观随意性,有效地消除了评价失真,为保证教学质量的持续改进提供积极的支持。
Evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality is an important task in education management. It have very important influence on improving undergraduate teaching quality. Aim at the illegibility of evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality; we put forward a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on a combination of AHP in the paper. It can reasonably decide the weights of the factors which influence undergraduate teaching quality by making use of mathematics method,and can make the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis get the good fusion,and overcome the subjective random in the work of the evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality. Evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality based on the AHP model judgment will increase dependability, veracity and objectivity of the evaluation of teaching quality greatly.
