摘要
2010年将在上海举办的世博会，赢得全球各国和国际组织的热切期待。高素质的志愿服务是成功举办世博会的关键因素之一。本文试图从志愿者的素质、人数、类型及特征、志愿者的招募与甄选、志愿者的培训、志愿者的报酬和激励等方面对2010年上海世博会志愿者的若干问题进行探讨，以期对上海世博会志愿服务的开展提供有益的参考。
The World Expo in 2010, which will be held in Shanghai, attracts many countries＇and international organizations＇attention. High quality voluntary service is one of the most important factors to hold The World Expo successfully. The article is intended to discuss several problems on the volunteers＇ quality, numbers, types, features, recruitment, selection, training and rewards that may appear during the World Expo in 2010,in Shanghai,in order to provide some practical ideas to improve the services.
