浅谈回归分析在企业薪酬设计中的应用

摘要 著名的管理大师彼得·德鲁克曾经说过:“企业只有一项真正的资源——人。管理就是充分开发人力资源以做好工作。”这说明了人力资本对企业的作用日益突显。薪酬作为一种重要的管理工具,对人力的有效激励具有深远的现实意义,具有竞争力的薪酬可以帮助企业获得优秀人才。设计具有市场竞争力和内部激励作用的薪酬模型可以使企业更具有竞争优势。本文通过量化薪酬要素,通过回归分析,获得一个量化的薪酬模型,为企业的薪酬设计提供参考。 Famous manages Master Peter·Drukker has said:"Enterprise only then an item of genuine resources person. The management was the full development human resources completes the work. " this to explain the human capital suddenly revealed day by day to enterprise's function. The salary took one kind of important management tool,has the profound practical significance to the manpower effective drive, has the competitive power salary to be possible to help the enterprise to obtain the outstanding talented person. The design has the market competitive power and the interior drove the function the salary model may enable the enterprise to have the competitive advantage. This article through the quantification salary essential factor, through the regression analysis, obtains a quantification the salary model, provides the reference for enterprise's salary design.
