Acceleration the Process of Rural Marketization and Promotion the Development of Integration of Urban and Rural Economic Society

党的十七届三中全会提出形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局的战略决策，标志着我国经济发展战略的重大转变。实现这一目标任务，必须加快推进农村市场化建设。为此，在理清农村市场化基本思路的基础上，着重研究并破解当前影响农村市场化进展的农民教育、制度创新、资金支持和法制保障等四大关键问题。

The third plenary session of the 17th the Communist Party of China （CPC） Central Committee proposed the strategic decision to form a new pattern for the development of integration of urban and rural economic society, which symbolized the significant transformation of the economic development strategy in our country. In order to realize this goal,the construction of rural marketization must be speed up. Therefore, based on a clear understanding of the essential idea of rural marketization, studies and explanations should be emphatically treated these key questions that influence the current rural marketization progress, which is the peasant education,the institutional innovations,the financial supportment,the safeguard from the legal system and so on.
