基于生产性服务业视角走新型工业化道路的研究

Walking the New Industrialization Path Based on the Angle of Producer Services

走新型工业化道路是党中央按照科学发展观的要求，在我国全面建设小康社会，加快社会主义现代化建设过程中做出的重大战略决策。本文基于生产性服务业视角，以生产性服务业促进新型工业化的机理，结合黑龙江省工业发展状况，提出了走新型工业化道路的路径及相关对策措施。

Taking a new road to industrialization is a significant strategic decision which was made by the Central committee of CPC in accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development in the process of building a welboff society and accelerating socialist modernization. This article proposed a new road to industrialization path and related measures considering the industrial development in Heilongjiang Province from the angle of producer services.
