摘要
我国新公司法中一个重要的价值取向就是加强对中小股东权益的保护，新公司法为中小股东权益的保护提供了新的途径和方式，中小股东应充分利用公司法所赋予的股东权利进行防止大股东侵犯中小股东权益。本文论述了在新公司法下中小股东权益的自我保护应采取的措施。
In our country new law of corporation an important value orientation is strengthens to the young shareholder rights and interests protection, the new law of corporation has provided the new way and the way for the young shareholder rights and interests protection, the young shareholder should fully use the shareholder right which the law of corporation entrusts with to carry on prevented the major stockholder encroaches upon the young shareholder rights and interests. This article elaborated the measure which the young shareholder rights and interests protects oneself under the new law of corporation to be supposed to adopt.
