以有效的评核促成教育改革 被引量:1

摘要 若无良好的评核制度配合,教育改革的质量难以确保。正因为社会大众普遍关心作为离校考试或入学考试的公开考试是否具有公信力,所以,各个国家或经济体对于此类考试的改革,皆相当谨慎。本文在介绍一些国家或经济体运用国际学生评比研究诸如国际教育进步评核(IEAP)、国际数学和科学研究趋向(TIMSS)和国际学生评核计划(PISA)等讯息促成教育改革的经验的基础上,进一步强调要妥善运用各种不同的评核工具,促成教育素质和适切性的改善。
