摘要
用分光光度法测定新乡市蔬菜中的亚硝酸盐含量。结果表明:样品中亚硝酸盐含量大多低于4.0mg/kg,均值大于0.2mg/kg的有青菜(0.37mg/kg)和西红柿(0.28mg/kg),而菠菜(0.095mg/kg)、芹菜(0.005mg/kg)、青椒(0.02mg/kg)和西葫芦(0.08mg/kg)等含量均较低。
The contents of nitrite in vegetable in Xinxiang were determined by the spectrophotometric method. The results showed that: The contents were lower than 4.0mg/kg, the average in the green vegetables is 0.37mg/kg, the tomato is 0.28mg/kg, the spinach is 0. 095mg/kg, the celery is 0. 005mg/kg, green pepper is 0.02mg/kg and the pumpkin is 0.08mg/kg.
