教育公平问题是构建社会主义和谐社会的最基本和最重要的问题。现阶段我国教育公平中存在的主要问题是,社会经济发展不平衡造成地区差别与城乡差别的教育公平问题;教育投入不足与教育资源配置的不均衡造成的教育公平问题;招生制度存在严重弊端。针对教育不公平现象,本文提出要深化教育体制改革,建立和完善对弱势群体的补偿机制,使教育制度具有可选择性,并建立健全贫困家庭学生资助政策体系。

Equal access to education is the most basic and important question on constructing the socialism harmonious society. At present, the main problems on constructing the socialism harmonious society in our country , is the difference between urban and rural, regional difference problems caused by the imbalance development of social economy; problems generated from insufficient education investment and imbalance of resource collocation in education disproportion . Severe malpractice exist in admission system. According to educational inequity, this paper presents deepening the reform of education system, establishing and strengthening compensation system to the disadvantaged, making the education system optional, establishing and perfecting financial aid policy adapt to impoverished Students.
