对我国水电发展的思考

Thinking on the Hydropower Development in China

水力发电是目前最具开发规模的清洁可再生能源,我国水能资源丰富,开发水电对实现能源可持续发展具有十分重要的战略意义。改革开放30年来,我国的水电事业得到了快速发展,成就令世人瞩目。当前我国的水电发展也面临着环保、移民、地震等问题的影响,水电界对此十分重视,正合理面对、认真解决这些问题,使之不会成为影响水电发展的制约因素。为了更好地促进水电的科学发展,提出了一些措施和建议。

Hydropower generation is a clean renewable energy with exploitation scale at present. The hydropower resource in China is rich so that the development of hydropower is of great strategic significance for the realization of sustainable energy development. Since the implementation of the policy of reform and open to the outside for 30 years, the hydropower cause in China has gained quick development and world acknowledged achievements. At present the hydropower development in China also faces the impacts of environment protection, resettlement and earthquake, which the hydropower circles pay great attention to and is facing reasonably and solving seriously these problems in order to make them cannot become the restriction factors affecting hydropower development. To promote greatly the scientific development of hydropower, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions.
