摘要
西藏阿里狮泉河水电站工程指挥部在施工管理中,以合同管理为核心加强施工索赔管理,监理部配备了专职造价监理工程师,对合同费用和工程造价进行有效的控制,工程施工索赔工作取得较好的效果。介绍了施工索赔发生的原因,索赔的分类,反索赔及其管理,以及索赔工作的几点体会。
During the project construction management, the Project Construction Headquarters for Shiquanhe Hydropower Station in the Ali of Tibet took the contract management as its core and strengthened the management of construction claim indemnity. Its supervision department arranged professional cost engineer to effectively control the contract cost and project cost. Their claim indemnity work also gained good effectiveness. This paper introduces the reasons for construction claim indemnity, the classitification of construction claim indemnity, anti-claim indenmity and management, and several personal work understandings of claim indemnity.
