摘要 狮泉河水电站位于海拔4 300 m的高寒偏远地区,对外交通极不方便。电站采取堤坝式开发,设计比较的上、下坝址均具备建坝条件。相对而言,防渗和断裂构造的处理及可靠性,下坝址工程地址条件、施工期生产和生活条件均优于上坝址。上坝址工程量和难度均大于下坝址。上、下坝线比较,工程地质条件无大差异,除泄水建筑物外两坝线枢纽布置基本相同,但下坝线较上坝线相对投资增加16.25%,下坝线在软基上建溢洪道的工程实践较少,综合考虑后,选择了下坝址上坝线方案。枢纽采用全土石坝,基础防渗采用防渗墙,坝型采用粘土心墙坝;溢洪道布置在右岸;立式机组:引水建筑物压力管道选用钢管。2006年9月1日第1台机组发电,电站竣工以来运行正常。 The Shiquanhe Hydropower Station is situated in the cold, remote and highland area with the elevation of 4300m, with inconvenient traffic conditions. The station is a dam-type structure and two sites (upper and lower dam sites) are optional for Shiquanhe hydropower station. The lower dam site is better than upper dam site in engineering geological conditions, production and living conditions during construction period, seepage control and fault zone treatment. Moreover the construction quantity and difficulties of upper dam site is greater than that of lower dam site. As for the dam axis line, there are small differences between two dam sites in the engineering geological conditions and their structure layouts are basically the same except the flood-releasing structure, but the investment of lower dam site is 16.25% higher. Because there is less experience to build spillway in soft foundation for lower darn site, so synthetically, the scheme of lower dam site and upper dam axis line was adopted. The dam is a clay core embankment dam with spillway in left bank, The cutoff wall is adopted for foundation seepage control. Vertical generator unit are selected and steel tube is used for penstock. First generator was put into operation in September 1, 2006. From then on, the hydropower station has been operated well.
