运用文献资料法、比较法的方法,在对美国、意大利等国发展体育产业成功经验系统分析的基础上,得出体育产业应成为我国国民经济新的增长点,在体育产业发展过程中要正确处理主导与引导的关系,体育产业要有层次有重点梯度推进,要鼓励和引导非国有体育发展的结论.

This paper conducts the method of literature review and comparion and logic analysis, on the base of analyzing systemly the success expierence of the minority sports of USA, ITALY, JAPAN, thinks minority sports should become a new increasing drop of our economy, and in the course of developping the minority sports should conduct the relation of dominance and guidce ,should develop in administrative levels and have focal point in steps, and should inspire and lead the nonstate-oprated minority sports to develop .
