摘要
通过向日本对虾体内注射灰树花(Grifola frondosa)多糖,观察其对日本对虾免疫功能的影响。结果发现,灰树花免疫多糖能够有效提高日本对虾血清抗菌活力、溶菌活力、酚氧化物酶活力和肌肉中超氧化物歧化酶活力,并随着时间的延长活力逐渐提高,在72h或96h达到最高,然后有下降的趋势。要维持日本对虾高的免疫功能,需连续的多糖供给。
The effect of polysaccharide extract from fungi Grifola frondosa on immune activity of the shrimp Peneaus japonicus was observed by injecting method. The results showed that the polysaccharide extract could enhance bacteriolytic, antibacterial, phenoloxidase, and superoxide dismutase activities. The activities increased over time and reached climax at 72 h or 96 h, and then decreased. In order to maintain the high immune activity of the shrimp, polysaccharide should be provided successfully.
