氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的护理探讨

摘要 目的探讨氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的护理。方法治疗前进行健康教育及心理护理;治疗中严格按照标准操作方案进行,做到敷药准确,照射到位;治疗后及时处理不良反应,做好随访工作。结果48例尿道CA患者,经1-4次ALA-PDT治疗后,44例完全缓解,3例部分缓解,1例患者无反应。结论ALA-PDT是治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的有效方法,良好的护理措施能保证和提高其疗效。
