摘要
目的观察视听教材在胸外科手术患者呼吸功能锻炼的效果。方法将2006年5月~2007年10月收治的100例行胸部手术病人按入院顺序分为对照组和实验组,每组50例,进行回顾性对比。对照组采用传统的方法进行指导,观察组用视听教材指导病人呼吸功能锻炼,观察两组病人肺功能改善、术后呼吸系统并发症的发生率。结果实验组呼吸功能锻炼的配合程度、锻炼准确性、肺功能改善、术后呼吸系统并发症与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义。结论应用视听教材进行呼吸功能锻炼,激发病人学习积极性,提高锻炼的准确性,保证锻炼的有效性。
Objective To examine the effect of using audiovisual teaching material guide for thoracic surgery patients' respiratory function exercise. Method 100 patients with thoracotomy were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 in each group. The experimental group uses audiovisual teaching material guide patients' respiratory function exercise, and the control group uses traditional methods. The change of the patients' pulmonary function and the incidence rate of postoperative complication of respiratory system were observed. Result The degree of patients' cooperation in respiratory function exercise, veracity of exercise, improvement of pulmonary function and the postoperative complication of respiratory system between the experimental group and the control group were significant difference. Conclusion Applying audiovisual teaching material for patients' respiratory function exercise can motivate the patients' enthusiasm of study, improve the accuracy and ensure the effectiveness of function exercise.
