肿瘤病人心理干预模式的探讨与实践

The approach and practice of the psychological intervention mode for tumor patients

目的探讨肿瘤病人心理干预的方法、步骤并总结相应的干预模式。方法运用护理程序的科学方法对病人心理进行评估,并通过访谈法对我院肿瘤、血液病房护士及收治的乳癌、肺癌、胆囊癌和白血病的病人心理干预模式进行循证实践探讨。结果1.形成肿瘤病人的心理干预途径及方法流程图;2.总结形成肿瘤病人四期心理干预模式;3.肿瘤病人心理的真实体验记录及干预指南;4.团体心理咨询的干预作用。结论心理干预有助于提高肿瘤病人的免疫功能,建构正向思维和情绪,应及早进行。充分运用家庭支持系统的情感资源和心理支持对肿瘤病人心理干预有着积极的影响。

Objective To study the methods and procedures of psychological intervention for tumor patients and summary the corresponding intervention mode. Method Assess the patients＇ psychology status with scientific care program and study the evidence-based practice of the psychological intervention mode of nurses from tumor and hem- atonosis ward and patients with breast cancer, pulmonary carcinoma, carcinoma of gallbladder and leukemia in our hospital. Result The following was achieved： form the fluid diagram of the pathway and methods of psychological in- tervention of tumor patients, form the psychological intervention mode of tumor patients in four separate psychological status notes of real psychological experience of tumor patients and guideline for intervention. Find the effects of group psychological counseling intervention. Conclusion Psychological intervention was helpful to promote the immunological function, compose positive thinking and feeling should be carried out as .soon as possible. The correct psychological intervention mode and methods care to different patients play an important role in the adjusting the tumor patients＇ feelings and should be extended. Utilizing the family passion source and psychology supporting make positive effect on the psychological intervention of tumor patients and should be paid a close attention and used effectively.
