Since reform and opening up, with China's national economy and the rapid development of infrastructure, the construction machinery industry rapidly developing.By the end of 2007, the number of construction machinery manufacturing enterprises and research institutes had been more than 2,000;industry-wide fixed assets had been 27 billion yuan,which is 16 times than that of 1978;product sales had been more than 220 billion yuan, 122 times than 1978.Internationally, China has become a large producer in construction machinery industry.in 2006, import and export trade,from the long-term deficit,changed into a surplus;in 2007, exports amount reached 8.7billion dollars, 1.76 times than imports.In 2007,ethnic Chinese brands accounted for 9 in the top 50 enterprises of world-wide construction machinery.
