摘要
自从20世纪90年代以来,持续发展的金融并购已经成为世界经济发展的主流,并对国际金融业产生深远的影响。随着我国开放程度的加深,金融业也逐渐敞开了大门。在这一国际大背景下,结合我国金融业自身的发展特点,指出金融并购对我国金融业的意义及作用,探讨了我国金融业并购的制度环境缺陷及其改善问题。
Since 1990s, the financial merger developing continuously has already become the main -stream of world economic development,which have a far- reaching impact on international financial circles. With Chinese degree of opening strengthen, Chinese financial circles open the gate gradually. This text under international macro background , combined Chinese development characteristic , financial circles, merge necessary system environmental, probes into Chinese system environmental defect of financial circles merge and give out improvement issues to overcome.
