在当今社会,文化产业对经济的发展起着至关重要的作用,它已经成为各个国家新的经济增长点。从文化资源及文化产业的特点出发,对文化资源及文化产业的范围进行界定,分析并且探讨了文化资源和文化产业关系。在文化产业开发中,合理的利用文化资源开发是关键。在此基础上,提出要进行文化资源评价,并阐述了如何利用层次分析法,来构建文化资源评价体系。

Today, the cultural industry plays a crucial role in economic development and is already becoming new economic growth in every country. In view of cultural resource and cultural industry＇s characteristic, this paper carries on the margin to the cultural resource and the cultural industry＇s scope, and analyzes and discusses the relationship of cultural resource and cultural industry. In the development of cultural industry, rational cultural resource using is the key. Based on this, this paper suggests that we should carry out cultural resource assessment, and elaborates AHP method to build a cultural resource evaluation system.
