＂ The issue of respecting the dominant status of Party members and guaranteeing the democratic rights of Party members＂ has been put forward at the 17th National Congress of the CPC report. It shows that the central authorities attach great importance to this issue. Colleges and universities as a place full of intellectual, teachers and students gathered and shared active thoughts, distinctive independent way of thinking as well as the spirit of critics.
