摘要
人事代理制度是当前高校人事制度改革的一项重要内容,通过分析人事代理制度的基本内涵与现状和实施人事代理制度的现实意义,并结合沈阳航空工业学院四年的实践,对高校人事代理制度在实施过程存在的问题进行探析,以促进人事代理制度的完善。
Personnel agent system is a significant composition of personnel management reform in colleges and universities. Based on the content of personnel agent system and the practical meaning of its implementing, together with four years'practicing to implement in SYIAE, this thesis explored the existed problems in its implementation, aimed to well accomplishment of the personnel agent system.
