视听教学中教师角色的转换

Teacher role conversion in seeing and hearing teaching

社会的发展对外语教学提出的新要求打破了传统的教学模式,学生成为教学活动的主体,计算机、网络成为了教学载体,以往教师在课堂上的主导作用发生了变化。在分析新的教学特点的基础上,指出了教师特别是视听课教师所面临的巨大挑战,提出视听课授课教师只有根据教学内容,确定其在视听课中角色的定位、适时进行角色转换并准确扮演不同的角色,才能促进教学活动的开展,达到教学的目的。

There is a new demand for traditional foreign language teaching mode to innovate along with the social development, student must be the main body in teaching activity, computer and network will be the main teaching equipment, the teacher main role in lecture classroom need to be changed. This paper points out what challenge teacher special seeing and hearing teacher will faced according to the analysis of teaching characteristics,and concludes that in order to promote teaching effect, teacher must do role conversion to fit teaching content and teaching effect.
