计重收费高速公路收费额预测方法研究

Research on Toll Revenue Forecast

针对现行计重收费政策,在已知分轴型年平均日交通量的基础上,提出了一种货车收费额计算方法。将车货总质量分为正常装载质量和超载质量,分别计算这两部分的收费标准。最后,利用江西省高速公路货车载重数据对该方法进行验证分析。

Aiming at the toll by- weight policy at present, this paper introduces a method to compute the annual toll revenue on the premise of the Average Annual Day Traffic is known. It Divides every vehicle＇ s weight to be two parts： natural weight and over charging weight, and computes the charging criterion of each parts separately. At last, it uses the data from freeway of jiangxi province to validate the method.
