摘要
为了获得具有抗菌性能的复合镀层,以载银沸石作为分散相抗菌粒子,研究了影响化学复合镀Ni-P/载银沸石镀液中载银沸石用量、表面活性剂种类及含量、搅拌方式等对镀层成分和表面形貌的影响,并对镀层的抗菌性能进行了测定.结果表明,用优化工艺所得镀层均匀、光亮,抗大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的能力达到95.4%和97.3%.
Electroless Ni-P/Ag-carrying Zeolite hybrid coating have been prepared using Ag-carrying Zeolite as a dispersed partial phase. Several foundmental parameters which mostly affected the Surface Topography were discussed in this paper, such as dosage of Ag-carrying Zeolite, type and addition of surfactants, strring method and so on. The antibacterial capability of the coating was testified by the antibacterial tests. Research showed the Ni-P/Agcarrying Zeolite hybrid coating maintained an excellent antibacterial performance, about antibacterial rate 97.3 % against Escherichia coliand 95.4% against Staphylococcus aureus.
