Thinking of Introducing Public Lending Right to China

论文介绍公共出借权制度发展的基本概况,分析我国在这一领域研究中的误区,最后提出我国目前的情况不适于引入公共出借权制度。

This paper describes the basic condition of Public Lending Right, analyses the mistakes in our research. Finally, it concludes that our country is not suitable for carrying out the Public Lending Right.
