Li Zhiding and His Work of Editing and Publishing Collected Works of the Song Dynasty

李之鼎集著书、藏书、刊书于一身;所辑刊的《宜秋馆汇刻宋人集》四编筹划细致长远,操作有条不紊,时间相逾十余载,总数达六十来种,对保存宋集有着重要的文献价值;虽略有不足之处,但在版本选择、文字校勘、资料辑佚和目次编排上都有较高的学术水平。

Li Zhiding was famous for writing, collecting and publishing books. The four books of the work The Collected Works of the People of the Song Dynasty by Yi Qiu House ,which was edited and published by him, lasted for more than ten years and collected more than 60 terms in total. Being carefully designed and orderly done, it had significant documentary worth in preserving collected works of the Song Dynasty. In spite of some deficiency, it had relatively high academic level in choosing editions, collating words, editing dissipated material and arranging the lists in order.
