Lenin,when leading Russia in building socialism, turned resolutely to the policy of neo-economy when he sensed the negative results of the war-time communist policy;based on summary about the lessons and reality, he reexamined some theories about socialism and put forward a set of new theoretical views ,which constituted the main body of his veiws on socialism in his later years.
