On Application of "Four Sides and Three Layers" Mode in Education Quality Supervision System of Higher Vocational Colleges

针对现有教学质量监控体系存在的与新形势不适应的弊端,按全面质量质量管理的"三全一多样"的特征研究提出"四方三层"的教学质量监控体系运行模式,并阐述了其在教学质量管理中的具体操作方法。这种模式吸收教育行政主管部门、企业、学校和学生四个方面的人员参与监控和评价,同时由学校、二级院系、教研室实施三层管理,强调以预防为主的思想,能够适应"教学做"一体化教学模式的教学质量管理。

The paper specifies the mode of ＂four sides and three layers＂ practiced in education quality management system. The ＂Four Sides＂ include the administrative office, enterprises, institute and students jointly in education quality management and the three layers of managerial organizations include institute, its subordinate schools or departments and teaching and research sections. The paper believes that the mode can meet the needs of the nurturing goals, and the emphasis is placed on the preventive thought.
