党的"三大法宝"是一个具有内在辩证关系的整体,因为其鲜明的唯物主义精神、内在的人民性原则、强烈的主体性意识而在完成党的历史任务中凸显了巨大威力。邓小平、江泽民和胡锦涛在新时期结合具体历史条件对"三大法宝"进行了创新运用,党的"三大法宝"理论出现了三次飞跃。三次飞跃各有特色,各具特点,却又一脉相承,都在继承其原则和实质的基础上进行了创新,都在中国特色社会主义建设事业中发挥了巨大作用。

The ＂Three Treasures＂ of the Party is an organic whole with internal dialectical relations. Their striking materialist spirit, intrinsic principle of serving the people and strong consciousness of subjectivity have helped to highlight their role in accomplishing the Party＇s historic missions. In respect to the specific historic situation in the new era, Comrade Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao have all made innovations on them, leading to the three theoretical leaps. These leaps, though with their own characteristics, are the result of inheriting their guiding principles and have made great contribution to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
