摘要
基于对高校后勤集团(公司)人力资源培训管理体系的分析,以人力资源管理理论为指导,结合高校后勤集团(公司)的自身特点,从提高集团(公司)员工培训效果的视角,对高校后勤人力资源培训管理系统整合进行思考和探讨,以满足高校后勤员工的自我成长需要,创造价值,赢得优势,促进高校后勤生产力不断提高。
Based on an analysis to the managing system of HR training in college rear service groups, this paper employs theories of HR management and puts forward suggestions for the integration of HR training systems in college rear service groups. The characteristics of college rear service groups are taken into ac- count so that the training effect can he improved. Such an integration can satisfy rear-service staff's demand of self development and improve the productive force of college rear-service groups.
