摘要
在审视和甄别传统人事管理与人力资源管理根本差异的基础上,科学地认知人力资源管理的本质是强调以人为中心、将人作为一种重要资源加以开发、利用和管理,并紧密结合高等职业院校的实际就其管理理念、管理制度和机制创新等进行了探讨,旨在通过全新的现代人力资源管理理论的运用和理念的确立,来全面推动和实现高等职业教育以人为本、全面协调可持续的科学发展。
Based on the distinction between the traditional human personnel management and human resources management, it is cognition scientifically that the nature of human resources management is to emphasize human as the center and exploit, utilize and manage it as an essential resource. Combined closely with the reality of vocation- al colleges studying the idea of human resources management, management system, innovation of mechanism, it is aimed at promoting and realizing the human-oriented sustainable development of vocational education by the application and establishment of the new modern human resources management theory.
