校报作为学校党委和行政机关报,是校园内的主导媒体,在学校构建和谐校园的过程中,它承担着怎样的任务,具有怎样的特点和优势,又怎样才能更好地在促进和谐校园建设中发挥作用,对这些问题进行探讨,对于校报当好和谐校园建设的扬声器、稳压器和助推器有着十分重要的意义。

School newspapers are the main medium to reflect the voice of the Party and the administration in colleges and universities. In this sense, they are speakers, regulators and propellers in constructing a hatmonious campus. This paper probes into the tasks that they shoulder in the construction of a harmonious campus, their characteristics and advantages, and the ways in which they promote the construction.
