新建高职院校思政课教学存在的难题及对策

The existing problems and solutions to the teaching of ideological and political theory course in newly built higher vocational institutions

新建高职院校在人才培养目标及师资、生源情况等方面有别于本科院校,思想政治理论课教学基础较薄弱,在教育观念更新、教学教法改革、科研工作等方面还不能适应新课程实施要求,存在着"教学难"问题。教师要认真分析原因,创造良好的师生关系和课堂氛围,引导学生提高对课程重要性的认识,采取优化更新教学内容、改进教学方法、改善教学手段、改革考试考核方法、加强学法指导等对策,提高教学质量,实现教学目标。

Newly-buih vocational institutions are different from undergraduate institutions in the objectives of talent cultivation and the quality of teachers, students, and other aspects of the situation. With a weak basis, there exist ＂hard teaching＇problems in the ideological and political theory course, such as updating the concept of education, teaching reform, scientific research work, which still can not meet the implementation of the new curriculum requirements.Teachers must s carefully analyze the reasons to create a good atmosphere in the classroom and the teacher- student relationship, and to guide the students to raise awareness of the importance of curriculum. In order to improve the teaching quality and to achieve the teaching goal, teachers should take measures to update and optimize teaching contents, to improve teaching methods, to reform the examination and assessment methods and to strengthen the teaching guidance.
