摘要
简要介绍电子散斑干涉系统的组成部分、散斑干涉原理以及离面位移测量的检测原理,并采用了最新处理光学信息的CCD测量技术,利用软件画出测试表面受力变形后的三维重构图,同时得出变形后物体在X方向和Y方向的离面位移.
A brief introduction to the composition of the ESPI （ electric speckle pattern ted. It expounds the interferometry principle of Lengthways Displacement measurement, interferometry） is presengetting the 3-D lengthways displacement using CCD technology and image processing sofeware.
