摘要
目的研究白术茯苓汤总多糖的提取工艺。方法通过单因素实验及正交实验确定提取总多糖的优化条件,用分光光度法测定总多糖的含量。结果白术茯苓汤总多糖提取的最佳条件是:料液比为1∶30、提取时间为2.0h、提取次数为3次、温度90℃.在此条件下测得白术茯苓汤中总多糖含量为48.25mg/g.结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于该复方中总多糖的含量测定。
Objective To investigate the extraction process of polysaecharide from Atractylodes Poria soup. Methods The optimal condition was determined by the orthagonal experiment and single-factor test. Polysaecharides were measured by spectrophotometry. Results Experiment reveals that optimal condition for extraction was as fol lows: temperature: 90℃; duration: 2 hours; times: 3 times; ratio: 1:30(w/v). The volume of polysaccharides in Atractylodes Poria soup is 48.25 mg/g. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate for determination of polysaceharide from the compound.
