摘要
目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离和纯化贯叶连翘总黄酮的工艺条件。方法以总黄酮的吸附量和解吸率为考察指标,对4种不同类型的树脂进行评价。结果AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对贯叶连翘中总黄酮具有较好的分离能力。结论采用本法分离纯化贯叶连翘总黄酮简单可行。
Objective To obtain the optimal conditions for separating the flavonoids from the extract of Hypericum perforactum L. by selecting appropriate macroporous absorption resins. Methods Separating efficiency of four types of macroporous absorption were evaluated by measuring the absorption ratio and eluting ratio of flavonoids. Results The AB-8 macroporous absorption resin had better separating efficiency. Conclusion This method is simple, feasible and suitable for industry production.
