摘要
文中采用不完全双列杂交随机区组设计。分析了皮壳率的杂种优势表现及其与亲本值和配合力值的关系。结果表明:皮壳率性状有负向优势存在,占总组合数的33.33％。皮壳率性状的优势表现仅与特殊配合力值有极显著正相关,与母本表型值呈极显著负相关,而与其他类型的亲本表型值和配合力值无相关关系。这对提高育种效率将起到积极的作用。
An experiment was made to study sunflower's heterosis of husk per-ecntage and its correlation with parent values and combiming abilities with 11 parents and their 30 incomplete diallel hybrids in a randomized block design.The resilts showed that negative heterosis existed for husk percentage within 33.33% of all the crosses.Th eheterosis of husk per-entage was highly positively correlated with the special combining abilities, and negatively correlated with the phenotypic values of the female parents, but was not carrelated with the other kinds of parental phenotypic values or combining abilities.These characteristics should have practical values in sunflower genetic breeding.
