摘要
农村教育的发展与质量提升，关键是教师。分析农村教师队伍质量存在的问题，提出相应的提升策略，着力建设一支高质量的农村教师队伍，是时代的要求，也是我国教育事业改革发展的需要，更是广大农村家长、学生和社会各界的热切期盼。
Teachers is key to the development and quality improvment of rural education. Analyzing on quality problems of rural teacher＇s team, proposing corresponding promotion strategy and constructing a branch of rural teacher＇s team is requirement of age, the demand of reformation and development of education cause in China and expectation of many rural parents, students and social public.
