立足农村职成教育,推进西部农村劳动力转移研究——以贵州铜仁地区为例

摘要 以贵州铜仁地区为代表的西部农村劳动力存在数量大、转移慢、富余严重等现状,需要积极转移。在推进西部农村劳动力的转移的过程中,可以采取以县为主体,加强职成教育信息化建设,推进农村劳动力培训等措施。 Tongren of Guizhou region, represented by the existence of a large quantity of rural labor force, the transfer of slow, serious, and so the status quo surplus. The sitution needs to actively transfer. In the course of the transfer of rural labor force in the western region, we can take the county as the main body, strengthen rural vocation and adult education information into the building and promoting the rural labor force training and other measures.
