摘要
随着经济的发展和城市改造步伐的加快,许多城市都面临着旧城房屋拆迁问题.房屋拆迁牵涉到广大群众的切身利益,由此而引发的冲突也时有发生.该文从政策法规和评估技术两个角度,对冲突产生的原因进行比较全面的分析,并提出了解决冲突的建议.
With the economy developing and urban reconstruction step quickening, many cities are facing the old city house relocation problem which relates to the general population＇s vital interest and initiates conflicts sometimes. The compensation standard is the key to this problem. In this article, the author makes an analysis of the reason that solicits the city house relocation problem in two angles： the policy laws and the appraisal technology, and the solution.
