葡聚糖活化小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的形态学观察

MORPHOLOGICAL AND FUNCTIONAL INVESTIGATION ON MACRGPHAGES ACTIVATED BY DEXTRAN T 500

用葡聚糖(Dextran T 500)活化后,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)胞体明显增大,细胞铺展明显,膜皱褶增多,细胞内吞噬体及溶酶体丰富,酸性磷酸酶(Acp)阳性颗粒增多。试验结果表明,用葡聚糖活化后的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,其形态和功能均呈现出极其活跃的状态。

The mouse peritoneal macrophages activated by Dextran T 500 have an expanded cellular body.The ruffling on cellular membrance is obvious. There are much phagosome and lysosome in their cytoplasm.The acid phosphatase granulars increased obviously more than control.Therefore the mouse peritoneal macrophages activated by Dextran T 500 exhibit the obviously increased functional and morphological changes.
