氯代乙酰苯胺类除草剂是致癌物质,能导致严重的食品安全问题,对人类健康产生极大的危害。因此寻求准确、快速、简便的检测方法十分重要。就气相色谱法(Gas Chromatography,GC)、高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liguid Chromatography,HPLC)、色质联用法(GasChromatography Coupledto Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)、免疫检测法(Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)等检测技术在氯代乙酰苯胺检测中的应用作了综述。

Chloroacetanilide herbicides are carcinogens that can cause serious food safety and harm human health.So it is very important to look for an accurate,fast and simple method to detect the chloroacetanilide herbicides.The application of methods of GC、HPLC、Immunoassay are summarized in the detection of chloroacetanilide.
