高效降烃复合菌的生长特性研究

摘要 研究了在不同温度、不同培养基成分和不同液蜡浓度下,三株高效降解烃类的菌株MBS、GS、BIOS1:1:1的复合菌的生长特性。对在不同试验条件下的OD(Optical Density,光密度),值进行了测定,根据绘制的生长曲线,初步得出了该复合菌的最适宜生长温度为45℃;优化培养基有利于复合菌的生长;最适宜的液蜡浓度为0.5%等结论。 Under different temperatures,different media and different densities of liquid paraffin,when MBS,GS,BIOS were mixed with proportion of 1:1:1,the growth characteristics of the three high effectively degradable hydrocarbons mixed bacterias were studied in this paper.The optical density value was determined in differet conditions,then the growth curves were used to analyze.The results show that the best growth temperature of these mixed bacterias is 45℃;and optimized medium can accelerate their growth;the best density of liquid paraffin is 0.5%.
