摘要
以气液两相流为基础,依据稳定一维流动的基本方程推导出了水平圆管基于分相流和均相流2种流动模型的三相流压降的计算式,并给出了计算实例,总结出了气相含量与压降的关系,得出了气体质量含量不超过15%时对管道压降影响很小的结论,表明流体流动阻力不因加入气体而增大,从而有利于延长管道排距。
Based on the theory of gas-liquid flow and the primary equations of single dimensional fluid,the pressure drop calculating equation of two-phase flow about separating flow pattern and uniform flow model were deduced.The calculation instances were given in a horizontal pipeline,and the conclusion is drawn that the relationship between gas-content and pipeline pressure drop has little effect on pressure drop in three-phase-flow pipeline.It shows that the resistance of fluid flow is not raised due to gas increase into pipeline.
