初中教师弱势群体是指在初中内部，由于所授科目的影响，在学校进行资源、人事分配中处于不利地位的特定教师群体。这一教师群体是在校内形成，但原因却在校外：一是与初中的升学考试直接相关：二是与知识分层所导致的学科分等有关。
