初中教师弱势群体成因的社会学分析

摘要 初中教师弱势群体是指在初中内部,由于所授科目的影响,在学校进行资源、人事分配中处于不利地位的特定教师群体。这一教师群体是在校内形成,但原因却在校外:一是与初中的升学考试直接相关:二是与知识分层所导致的学科分等有关。 The vulnerable groups of teachers are a specific group of ones who are in a disadvantageous position, influenced by the subject which they teach. In the distribution of resources and personnel, in Junior middle schools. There are three reasons for it: First, the junior high school entrance examination:Second, layered with the knowledge of the subject caused by classification; the last one, the way of getting resources on which the development of school depend.
