班主任是班级工作的领导者和组织者，也是素质教育的主要实施者，其教育权威主要由权力因素和非权力因素构成。本文主要论述“权力型’班主任的权力因素对教育教学的消极影响，强调非权力因素中的人格魅力、精神力量在班级管理中的重要意义。

Headteacher is the Leader and organizer in class affairs. Who is also the main executor of quality- oriented education. His education authority mainly consists of power factors and non-power factors. This paper mainly focuses on the negative effects about the ＂power-type＂ headteacher＇s power tactors on education-teaching, and emphasizing the significance of personal fascination in non-power factors to class management.
