沙培林在乳腺癌术中的局部应用

Local application of Sapylin(OK-432) during operation of breast cancer

目的探讨沙培林在乳腺癌术中局部应用的有效性。方法随机抽取120例乳腺癌患者,所有患者均行改良根治或根治术,其中实验组60例患者术中术野局部予以沙培林浸泡,对照组60例患者术野局部不予以沙培林浸泡。观察患者术后伤口引流量、住院天数、术后5年生存率及局部复发率。结果实验组患者术后伤口引流量及住院天数均少于对照组,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);两组患者术后5年生存率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);实验组局部复发率明显低于对照组,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌术中局部应用沙培林可减少引流量及住院天数,有效降低局部复发率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the efffectiveness of local application of Sapylin （0K-432） during operation of breast cancer. Methods 120 cases of breast cancer accepted the modified radical mastectomy or radical mastectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups： one group was given local application of Sapylin which was marinated in operation field, another was control group which was not given Sapylin . The drainage volume from operation wound, hospital days, surival rate for 5 years and local relapse rate after operation were observed. Results The drainage volume and hospital days in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; but the difference of the surival rate for 5 years after operation between the two groups was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The local relapse rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Using Sapylin during operation of breast cancer is in favor of reducing the drainage volume and hospital days, and decreasing the local relapse rate. So this therapy is worthy of popularization for clinical use.
