摘要
通过分析"独白式"思想政治教育的局限性以及高校辅导员的工作特点,指出"对话式"思想政治教育的必然性,并提出了辅导员在日常工作中与学生进行有效对话的方法,以提高思想政治教育的效果。
This paper analyzes the limitations of "monologic pattern" and the working characteristics of ideological instructors, so put forward the necessity of "diatogic pattern" in ideological and political education at colleges and universities. It also explores the methods of springing up effective dialogue between instructor and student in order to distill the effect of ideological and political education.
