摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀(降血脂药)对小鼠急性病毒性心肌炎的干预作用。方法通过腹腔注射柯萨奇病毒,建立小鼠急性病毒性心肌炎模型,并给予不同剂量阿托伐他汀干预;观察各组小鼠心肌形态学改变,并检测肌组织病理改变及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白介素-6(IL-6)mRNA水平。结果HE染色可见,模型对照组小鼠心肌有明显的炎症改变;阿托伐他汀治疗组炎症改变均有明显减轻。不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗组均可减少TNF-α、IFN-γmRNA的表达,并使IL-6 mRNA增加。结论阿托伐他汀通过调节细胞因子的平衡,可减轻病毒性心肌炎小鼠的心肌炎症。
Objective To study the effects of atorvastatin on a murine model of viral myocarditis. Methods Balb/e mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with eoxsaekievirus B3 and then received different doses of atorvastatin or saline. After 14 days , histopathologic changes were observed and myocardium TNF- α, IFN -γ, IL- 6mRNA mRNA were measured by PCR. Results Atorvastatin down regulated TNF - α, IFN -γ mRNA levels of myocardial cells. Inversely, IL -6 mRNA levels was up regulated in both atorvastatin treatment group. Conclusion Atorvastatin has beneficial effect on the murine model of viral myocarditis induced by coxsackievirus B3 through regulating the balance of Th1/Th2 and reduce the inflammation of the heart.
